SPRING SOCCER UPDATE
Update 3-28
We are down to 6 coaches to get teams completed! If you are attending practices and games, please consider coaching you child’s team. To coach, you log back into your account and register to coach, and please send us an email at info@centervillesoccer.com to let us know you’ve signed up. You will need to complete the background check, concussion training and safe sport programs. There’s a link in the registration to complete these. If these coaches spots are not filled by the end of the week, we will complete the teams and send out notice to the teams that do not have a coach, and a parent will need to be decided among the team.
We need these coaches please -

COMMISSIONERS NEEDED

A commissioner is one parent from every division that acts as a liaison between the coaches, families and the board. You have a unique opportunity to get to know the families, and let the board know what their thoughts are about their teams, the coaches, and the program. If you'd like to be a commissioner, please contact Katrina Coffman at family.coffman@gmail.com.

Rosters are selected randomly based on experience and age, we don't place players on specific teams.
The rostering process begins in late March, the schedule is released when teams are completed. Teams are not released until ALL coaches are in place; please consider coaching your players team -

BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED!

This is a call for new board members!
Centerville Rec Soccer is operated by our VOUNTEER BOARD. We have been in existence since 1971, and are known as the best recreational soccer league in the south Dayton area.
Our board members keep Centerville Rec Soccer current, and provide the best program for our kids. However it takes many hands to make light work, and that's what we NEED. Everyone has busy lives, if you're involved in your child's soccer practices and games, it's a small commitment to be part of the board. We have had board members move on in the last couple years, and the future of Centerville Recreational Soccer depends on parents stepping forward to assure we continue this organization for another 50 years!
Once you've committed to being a board member, you are eligible for free registration for your player(s). The time commitment is for monthly board meetings, soccer events and those who can help with the weekly games at Oak Grove.
Contact us if you have any questions at info@centervillesoccer.com

Refunds in whole or in part, will not be given in the event of canceled games due to field closure. Games are rescheduled as permitted by the parks district. One rainout game is built into our schedule when approved, but the parks must approve any other make-up games according to field availability. We do not have control over whether any games beyond one make-up will be scheduled.

Players suffering injury that prohibits them from being able to play, prior to the first game of the season. Doctor’s verification must be provided.
Please note that we will not honor refund requests made for coach or team dissatisfaction, schedule/time conflicts, or any other reason than the noted approved exceptions.
In the event you are issued a refund, we will deduct 4.75% of the fee that goes to the credit processing company for the refund fee. We cannot absorb the loss on top of the refund, and hope you will understand. We do not benefit from the fee.
